How do I track the progress of work at EES?

Depending on your preference and your service chosen, we can reach out to you by call or email to let you know what we have been working on. Your client success manager will be available during business hours to answer any questions and help you track progress of the work being done at EES.

How are services purchased?

After booking a call with us, we will find the best combination of services that we can for your business, and we will send you a custom invoice and contract that can be paid on our website.

How quickly can work begin?

As soon as your invoice is paid, we are able to begin work. Your assigned Client Success Manager will help you create a plan on what work you would like completed first.

What resources or information do I need to provide for you to start?

Each service has different needs, For E-Commerce maintenance, we would require account(s) on your websites E-Commerce platform, and potentially accounts on any other agreed platforms. We will make sure to agree on and set this up before work begins.

Can I upgrade or modify my package during the contract period?

At the start of a new month, we would be able to upgrade a package, but to downgrade we would likely need to wait until the end of the contract period.

Can EES accommodate urgent projects and tight deadlines?
