How do I track the progress of work at EES?

Depending on your preference, we will reach out to you by call or email to let you know what we have been working on, and if there is anything we would recommend, alongside billing or any further queries you may have.

How are services purchased?

After booking a call with us, we will find the best combination of services that we can for your business, and we will send you a custom invoice and contract that can be paid on our website.

How quickly can work begin?

2-3 business days after the invoice is paid, we will be able to begin work and we will have assigned you a contact at EES who would have already been in touch.

What resources or information do I need to provide for you to start work on our website?

Each service has different needs, but most would require account(s) on your websites E-Commerce platform, and accounts on any other agreed platforms. We will make sure to agree on and set this up before work begins.

Can I upgrade or modify my package during the contract period?

At the start of a new month, we would be able to upgrade a package, but to downgrade we would likely need to wait until the end of the contract period.

Can EES accommodate urgent projects and tight deadlines?
